All of the park residents and their guest have access to the river. Our residents enjoy using the river for boat watching, fishing, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.
We Are Located :
Just 10 minutes from Nitro Exit of I-64. Take Route 62 North through Poca, West Virginia to Black Betsy sign and turn left on Waterway Drive to Edgewater Estates
Our Features :
Edgewater was open to our 1st resident in the year 2002. We have a total of 32 spaces including single and double lots includes 7 lots that are joined to the Kanawha River.. Our rates have not changed since the opening of the park.
Our Promise :
Our mobile home community is a clean, safe, affordable environment for senior citizens or for people who may want to live alone. We have rules and regulations that are geared to protect everyone's rights and personal investments.
Park Safety:
For everyone's safety speed limit and caution sighs are place through out the park. Additional parking for residents and their guest at entrance and at office.
